Dr. Bradley Hahn
Dr. Brad grew up in the small town of Martin in Northwest Tennessee. He moved just outside of Chicago to attend Wheaton College and graduated with a bachelor's degree in applied health science, while playing football. Dr. Brad participated in ministry programs that took him overseas to South Africa and Macedonia and in various communities around Chicago. During his time at Wheaton, Dr. Brad also met his wife, Marie, who has been an amazing inspiration and encouragement for his passion for chiropractic care. He then attended Logan College of Chiropractic and graduated with his Doctorate of Chiropractic. At Logan, he co-founded and led the Family Wellness Club and a chiropractic philosophy club. He also helped found Philos, a non-profit program to educate chiropractic students on chiropractic philosophy and connect them with successful mentors. Dr. Brad was also the proctor for the St. Louis International Chiropractic Association and spent over 200 hours to be certified in their pediatric specialty program.
Marie Hahn
Marie grew up a few hours south of Traverse City in Corunna, MI. She graduated from Wheaton College with a bachelor's degree in applied health science and got her EMT certification shortly after graduating. Marie and Brad met at Wheaton and were good friends throughout college before they eventually started dating. Marie has always been passionate about health and wellness but learned about chiropractic when Bradley started graduate school. She had struggled with back pain and severe endometriosis since high school and tried conventional treatments and prescriptions to try to manage the symptoms. After starting chiropractic care, Marie experienced incredible relief of not only her backpain but also her endometriosis.
Marie and Brad are thankful to call beautiful Traverse City their new home. Her love for Northern Michigan and the outdoors started young with lots of trips up north for fishing, snowmobiling, and time with family. When they're not working they love spending time outside hiking, snowshoeing, kayaking, biking, hammocking and fishing. They also love hanging out with their dog and hedgehog, reading, cooking and cheering on the Detroit Lions.
Sarah Papes:
Hailing from Howard City, Michigan Sarah grew up knowing the farm life. Had it not been for an unfortunate treatment of antibiotics in her youth, Sarah very well may have continued into a career of agriculture. Stripped of her natural probiotics in her gut, Sarah began a journey of undernourishment and physical stress that took its toll on her stomach, back and hips. Scoliosis, hip dysplasia, torn labrums, herniated discs and food tolerances have governed her life. Yet she has learned to manage all of these ailments.
Sarah's battle is ongoing, but throughout her stress free lifestyle, chiropractic care has provided her with a structural strength she has not felt since before her injury.
