Third Coast Chiropractic Homebirth Plan
At Third Coast Chiropractic, we offer homebirth plans with the whole family in mind. To ensure every client receives the highest level of personalized care, we limit the number of families we serve each month.

Why Choose A Homebirth Plan?
Our Birth Plans Are Designed with Your Family’s Care in Mind
We’ve created our Homebirth Plan to fully support you and your loved ones throughout your birth journey. From the moment labor begins to the weeks of healing that follow, we’re here to serve your entire family with intentional, compassionate care.
- Your Homebirth plan includes:
- Chiropractic care for up to four immediate family members (additional family members can be added)
- On-call adjustments for the family when labor begins
- Postpartum visits to support recovery and bonding
- Men’s Birth Class a four-part series designed to prepare and empower dads
Getting Started
We’ll reach out to your midwife or OB to ensure we’re working together as a unified team. We’ll then schedule your initial visit to complete our standard exams.
After these exams are completed, for you and up to three immediate family members, you’ll all be eligible for care during our scheduled home visits as part of the plan.
Adjustments At Start Of Labor
The adjustment at the start of labor is designed to ensure your body is as well-aligned. Promoting optimal pelvic movement to support a smoother, more efficient birth. During this visit, we’ll also give your spouse a quick refresher on specific hands-on techniques to help support you during labor.
In addition, we’ll remain in contact with your midwife so we’re available if any further support is needed throughout the process.
Men’s Birth Class
As part of our homebirth plan, we include our Men’s Birth Class, a four-part series designed specifically for new dads. These sessions walk you through the entire journey: from understanding pregnancy to supporting labor, caring for your newborn, and showing up strong in the postpartum season.
Our goal is to equip you with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to support your partner physically, emotionally, and spiritually through every trimester and beyond.
