How Care Plans Work:

Our initial exam is $99 and includes a comprehensive health history, advanced nerve and muscle scans, and orthopedic testing. After the evaluation, we’ll review your results in detail and provide clear recommendations for care. Payment for the exam is due at the conclusion of your first visit.

Family Care Plans
We proudly offer unlimited care plans designed to make regular chiropractic care accessible for the whole family.

• Starting at $150/month, our base plan includes unlimited care for one adult.
• Add another adult (18+) in your immediate family for $75/month.
• Add children in your household for just $25/month per child.

These plans include all regular visits and future re-evaluations — ensuring your entire family receives consistent, proactive care to stay healthy and strong at every stage of life.

Utilizing Insurance

We understand that many families want to use their insurance benefits when it comes to healthcare — and we get that! At Third Coast Chiropractic, we’ve chosen not to bill insurance directly. Instead, we operate on a direct-pay model so we can focus on providing high-quality, personalized care without the limitations or restrictions often placed by insurance companies.

That said, we absolutely support you using your insurance if you have out-of-network chiropractic coverage. We provide you with everything you need — including a detailed receipt called a superbill — which you can submit directly to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Many of our patients are able to get a portion of their care costs reimbursed this way, especially if they have an HSA or FSA.

• Arrive on time with the completed new patient paperwork to help us get started right away.
• We’ll review your health history and goals to understand what matters most to you.
• Advanced nerve and muscle scans will be performed to assess how your nervous system is functioning.
• Orthopedic testing will be done as needed to evaluate any areas of concern and rule out more serious issues.
• We’ll walk you through all of our findings and explain your personalized care recommendations.
• You’ll complete your visit with payment for the initial exam and scheduling your next appointment.
